Description

This is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar, with a slate and double Roman tiled mansard roof featuring coped raised verges. The house is two storeys high with attics lit by dormer windows, and has three bays. It has glazing bar sash windows, and a plat band above the ground floor. The central entrance is a five-panel door protected by a flat stone hood supported on brackets. A rubble boundary wall with an ashlar parapet, ramped at the ends and capped with ashlar, runs along the roadside, and incorporates capped ashlar gatepiers.
