Description
Nos. 108 and 110 Northend are two houses that were originally a single house, dating from the mid to late 17th century. They are constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins, topped with a pantiled roof. The building has three storeys and attics, featuring three steep stone gables and five bays. The windows are two-light casements with ovolo moulded mullions and drip moulds, and there are blocked keyed oval windows at the apex of the gables. The central door for No. 110 has a bolection moulded surround, while there is a further modern door to the left for No. 108, which has a plain stone surround. Inside, the ground floor room of No. 110 showcases fine early 18th-century panelling.
