Description

73 Northend is a mid-18th century building that was originally a wing of Eagle House but is now a separate house. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a slate roof and features an ashlar stack. The building has two storeys and consists of a single bay. On the first floor, there is a tripartite glazing bar sash window. To the left, there is a six-pane door with a rusticated ashlar surround. This property is included for its group value.
