Description

No. 114 Northend is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with freestone dressings and features large ashlar quoins. The building has a modern tiled roof with coped raised verges and an ashlar stack. It is two storeys high with an attic that includes a modern dormer. The façade has two windows and a central door, with 2-light casement windows that have moulded surrounds beneath a cornice. There is a blocked window located below the eaves. The entrance has a modern door and porch. To the left, there is a later two-storey extension that includes a 2-light window.
