Description
No. 47 is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of coursed rubble that was formerly rendered. It features a slate mansard roof with a coped raised verge behind an ashlar parapet and cornice. The building has two storeys and an attic with a dormer. There are two windows and a central door, which is a six-panel design under a flat stone hood supported by brackets. The windows are glazing bar sash types set in stone surrounds. The property is enclosed by a rubble boundary wall topped with an ashlar parapet, and there are tall, capped ashlar gatepiers at the entrance.
