Description

No. 10 East Witton is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys featuring two first-floor windows. The central entrance has a part-glazed 20th-century door set beneath an ashlar lintel. On the ground floor to the left, there is a 16-pane sash window with an ashlar sill and lintel, while to the right, there is a 28-pane segmentally-bowed window. The first floor has 16-pane side-sliding sashes, each with ashlar sills and lintels. The building is topped with ashlar stacks.
