Description

No. 12 East Witton is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys featuring two first-floor windows. The central entrance has a part-glazed 20th-century door set beneath an ashlar lintel. On the ground floor, to the left, there is a 24-pane segmentally-bowed window, and to the right, a 16-pane sash window. The first floor has 20th-century 16-pane sash windows. The house is finished with ashlar end stacks.
