Description

Old Holly Tree is a building that was originally a public house, now converted into a house. It likely dates from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the early 19th century. The exterior is roughcast with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three first-floor windows. There is a small projecting gabled porch that has a studded board door. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, with three located to the left of the porch and one to the right. A central gable is flanked by chimney stacks, and there are additional chimney stacks at the ends of the ridge.
