Description
The walls enclosing the kitchen garden of The Old Rectory date from the 17th century and were altered in the late 18th to early 19th century. The north wall is likely from the 17th century and is constructed of rubble with a saddleback coping. The other walls are made of rubble lined with brick and feature a plain coping. There is a plain entrance located at the southeast. This garden includes part of the gardens from the former Claverton Manor, which has since been demolished.
