Description

Beech Cottage is a two-storey building constructed from limestone ashlar with a double Roman tile roof. It has a simple layout, facing west, with a swept-down rear addition at the far end. The exterior features two sets of two windows, all of which are four-pane sashes. The gable facing south includes a four-pane sash window at ground-floor level. Four of the windows have been replaced in the early 21st century. To the right of the main structure is a glazed lean-to conservatory that has a panelled door. The cottage has coped gables and a square central ashlar chimney stack. The interior has not been inspected.
