Description

These late 18th or early 19th century boundary railings and gates are made of cast iron. They run across the full width of the site, consisting of a row of simple spear-head railings set to an ashlar dwarf wall with rounded coping. A small, matching gate is centered to number 46 and to the left of number 48. The gates lead to short flights of steps that descend to small forecourts in front of the buildings. The ensemble appears to be contemporary with the buildings.
