Description

The Ashby Tomb is a chest tomb dedicated to the Reverend Nathan Ashby, who died in 1847. It was constructed in the same year and is made of Pennant stone with a grey granite lid. The tomb is designed in the Gothic revival style, featuring blind arcading on the sides adorned with trefoil-headed tracery.
