Description
This building is an outbuilding to No. 2 and 3 Perrymead Place, formerly known as The Cottage, and it is listed as Grade II. It is constructed from squared and coursed stone with a slate roof. The building features a symmetrical design with a low-pitched hipped roof, gabled towards the road, and it faces the courtyard located south of Perrymead Place, which was previously known as Perrymead House.
The exterior has two storeys and includes three windows: one blind window and two twelve-pane sash windows situated above two pairs of original plank and part-glazed doors. Additionally, there is a large central 20th-century garage door, and a stack is located at the far end of the building.
The interior has not been inspected, but the courtyard retains its original cobbled surface.
