Description

Rose Cottage is a house dating from around 1700. It is constructed of rubble and features a double Roman tiled roof. The building has two storeys, a basement, and attics with catslide dormers. It has five bays and is adorned with 2-light casement windows that have moulded mullions and surrounds. These windows are set beneath a continuous string course on the ground floor and a plain cornice on the first floor. The central entrance consists of a panelled door that is sheltered by a stone shell hood supported on brackets.
