Description
The boundary wall and two pairs of gatepiers located to the south of Freshford Manor date from the late 18th century. The wall is constructed of random and coursed rubble and is approximately 10 to 15 feet high, ramping up four times from the right (southeast). At the northwest end, there are two pairs of gatepiers. The outer pair is made of ashlar and features caps with ball finials, while the inner pair consists of taller rusticated piers with banded ball finials.
