Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace house with alterations from the 20th century. The house is constructed of limestone ashlar with a concrete tile roof. It is set on a steeply sloping site, resulting in an extra storey at the rear. The front facade has two windows with twelve-pane sashes in sunken surrounds on the ground floor. A panelled door is located to the right, above a small arched window, both features including a radial fanlight. A mid-level platband runs along with a lintel, frieze, cornice, blocking course, and parapet. Two ashlar stacks are visible on the left gable. At the rear, the house has a two-light dormer in the mansard roof, above a sixteen-pane sash window with a balcony rail and a French door. The rear also features a platband, cornice and parapet matching the front. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
