Description
Manor Farmhouse is a Grade II listed farmhouse dating from the early 18th century. It has a rendered exterior with freestone dressings, a 20th-century tiled roof, and a cornice with dentils. The building is two storeys high with attics and originally had eight bays arranged in a 3:2:3 pattern, but the right three bays were destroyed by fire. The sections are separated by superimposed Tuscan and Ionic pilasters. The windows are glazing bar sash types set in moulded architraves; those on the ground floor to the left and all on the upper floor feature pulvinated friezes. There is a continuous stringcourse above the ground floor, and the windows on the right have semi-circular heads. The third bay from the left includes a panelled door with an overlight, framed by an architrave topped with a pediment.
