Description

The building at the rear of Number 35 Warwick Street, formerly known as Nos 12 and 14 Ann Street, dates from the early 19th century. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with wide pilasters and arcading above the first-floor windows. There are two doors, each accompanied by a large fanlight above them.
