Description
28 Warwick Street is a building likely dating from the early 19th century. It is positioned at right angles to the street, facing a passage to the east. The building has three storeys, with the gable end facing Warwick Street finished in stucco. This side features one sash window with glazing bars on the second and third floors. The east side is constructed of painted brick and has three sash windows; the right-hand window is blind, while the other two have glazing bars, although the ground floor has been altered to include only one window and a central doorway that retains remnants of its doorcase. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 24 to 36 (even), as well as No 32A and No 36A.
