Description

TQ 3426 LINDFIELD HIGH STREET (east side) 6/201 Wall and gatepiers to No 88 GV II Wall and gatepiers. Early C18 wall with Sussex sandstone base and cast iron spear railings with urn principals. In the centre are 2 rusticated square Sussex sandstone piers with elaborate scrolled cast iron overthrow and gate with dog rail. To the left hand side are 4 early C19 brick piers, 2 of which are surmounted by stone ball finials.
