Wain House is a house that was originally a barn, dating from the late 15th century or early 16th century. It features a timber-framed structure with brick and plaster infilling, topped by a steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with gablets. The building showcases exposed jowled posts and a pattern of down braces. It has two storeys and includes two modern casement windows.
