Description

Kingstail is a building that was originally a pair of houses but is now a house and shop. It dates from the early 19th century, with a late 19th-century shop front added. The structure is made of painted brick and features a tiled roof. It stands three storeys high and has two windows. There is a modillion eaves cornice, and the second floor has 6-pane sash windows set in reveals with cambered heads. The first floor has splayed bays that descend to doorcases, which are also in splayed bays, and there are four panelled doors. The late 19th-century shop front has been inserted between the splayed bays.
