Cochon D'or is a house and shop dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped tiled roof. This three-storey corner building has a splayed design at the road junction and is topped with a brick modillion cornice. It has three windows with gauged brick arches; the second floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 16-pane sash windows set within moulded architraves. The shop front, also from the 19th century, includes tapering pilasters and a simple doorcase with a fanlight.
