CUCKFIELD Gazebo and wall to North and East of Cuckfield Park

Gazebo, garden wall and railings. Mid C19. To north terminates in small octagonal brick gazebo with cemented domed roof having 3 arched openings for obtaining views of the countryside. Attached is a brick wall about 9 feet high in English Garden Wall Bond which extends in an L-shape and on the South West side has a series of pilasters and 2 central square brick piers with stone cornices and a section of cast-iron spear railings with a pedestrian gate forming a new through to the kitchen garden. On the South West side the wall becomes sandstone with brick coping.
