Description

Brockhurst Dairy is a purpose-built ornamental dairy dating from around 1870. It is a single-storey structure made of red brick featuring yellow brick diaper patterns. The gables have alternating courses of yellow brickwork with two courses of red brickwork. The roof is tiled. There is a wooden verandah supported by square piers, also with a tiled roof, and cast iron railings that rise halfway up. The entrance features a painted arched doorcase, and the interior is tiled.
