Windsor Cottage, comprising numbers 86 and 88 High Street, dates from the 18th century. The building is timber framed, with number 88 exhibiting exposed timber framing and brick nogging, while number 86 is tile hung. Number 86 features a six-panel door. Windsor Cottage is situated within a group that includes the Ye Dorset Arms Hotel, Dorset House (numbers 66 to 76), Cromwell House, and numbers 82 to 88.
