The timber framing and plaster infilling are visible on the first floor, while the second floor is now covered with tile hanging. The front roof slope is finished with concrete tiles, while the rear slopes have plain clay tiles. The cottage has three storeys and features casement windows on the first floor, along with horizontally-sliding sash windows on the ground and second floors.
