Description

Hawthorn Cottage is a 16th-century timber-framed building, likely a cross-wing addition to No 14, and originally part of the same structure. The cottage is currently faced with plaster on the first floor, featuring long and short quoins, while the ground floor is constructed with flints and brick quoins, all of which have been white-washed. It has a tiled roof and includes horizontally-sliding sash windows. The building stands two storeys high and has one window.
