Description

No 12 Church Street is a 16th-century timber-framed building, likely a cross-wing addition to No 10. It was originally part of the same structure but has been restored and refaced with red brick on the ground floor, while the upper part features modern timbering with plaster infilling. The building has a Horsham slab roof, which is partly refaced with tiles. It stands two storeys high and has three windows, with a Queen-post roof visible inside. Modern casement windows have been installed.
