Description

Lambs Cottages, located on Lambs Green Road in Rusper, is a building that likely dates back to the 15th century. Originally a timber-framed hall-house, it has been converted into three cottages, which are currently empty. The exterior features plaster and painted brick infilling, with diagonal braces visible on the first floor. The west wall is made of stone, and the building has a hipped tiled roof. It includes casement windows and stands two storeys tall with four windows. The front of the building has "Circa 1370" painted on it. Inside, it is reported to have a crown-post roof and smoke-blackened roof timbers.
