Description

This is a pair of early 18th century houses located on Market Square. They are two storeys high with a four-window front. The houses are stuccoed and have a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is covered in Horsham slabs. All the windows are sash windows, and their glazing bars remain intact. A mid-19th century shop window has been inserted into number 12. These buildings, together with listed buildings in The Causeway and South Street, form a significant group in the town.
