Description
No. 11 Market Square is a 17th century timber-framed house that has been refronted with roughcast, although the timber framing remains visible on the north side. The building has three storeys and features a single window. It has a gable with moulded bargeboards and a Horsham slab roof. On the second floor, there is an original casement window with old glass. The ground floor includes a small projecting early 19th century shop window, though the glazing bars have been removed. This building is part of a significant group of listed buildings in Market Square, which also includes those in The Causeway and South Street.
