Description

Nos 53 and 55 on North Street are 17th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall. The front is weather-boarded and tarred, with some red brick visible in the northern window bay. The roof is covered with Horsham slabs. There are three windows featuring casements with 19th-century diagonal leaded lights. On each side of the buildings, there are two small single-storey projections that extend out in front. These properties, along with Nos 45 to 55, form a group with Porch House and Lambsbottom Farmhouse.
