Description

Nos 45 and 47 on North Street are 17th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall. The ground floor is cemented, while the upper floor features weather-boarding. The roof is tiled and there are three windows in total. The first-floor windows are casements with their original diamond panes, while the ground-floor windows are 19th-century three-light windows with diagonal leading. Behind the house, there is a derelict timber barn. Nos 45 to 55 (odd) are part of a group that includes Porch House and Lambsbottom Farmhouse.
