Description
No. 3 Guildhall Street is an 18th-century building featuring a front with a tiled gabled roof that runs east-west. It stands two storeys tall and is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers. The façade has four window bays, with sash windows that have flush boxes. The upper floor windows are topped with flat arches, while the lower floor windows have segmental headings. Most of the glazing bars are intact, except for one ground floor window and a small 19th-century plate glass shop front to the east. The central doorway has a panelled door, with the top and middle panels cut away and glazed. Above the doorway is a broken pediment supported by small consoles.
