Description

This is an 18th-century barn located 50 yards west of Whitfield Court in Woking. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with weatherboarding on the east side and the south front gable. The north and west fronts have been refronted in the 19th century, incorporating ventilation patterns. The roof is half hipped and covered with plain tiles. The barn is rectangular with three framed bays and has central opposing entrance bays, which include double doors; the doors on the east side are in a weatherboarded projection. There is also a later 19th-century single-storey addition to the south and a hipped roof extension over the open entrance bay to the north. Inside, the framing is visible and constructed using a Queen post design.
