Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building with alterations. It is a two-storey, one-window building. The front is stuccoed, with tile hanging to the returns and brickwork visible. It has a fairly low-pitched, hipped tiled roof. A modern, two-storey, canted bay window with small-paned casements has been added to the front. A brick dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. A modern dormer and doorway are located on the left return. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of the street.
