  1. C18. 3 storey and basement, stucco, with plain frieze and moulded wood cornice, small parapet and slate roof hipped to right hand. 2 windows, glazing altered, with architrave frames on 2nd floor. 2 splayed angular bays, the centre light 4 panes wide and sides 2 panes wide, with moulded cornice and lead flats on 1st floor. The ground floor has 1932 shop of 2 bow windows each 5 x 5 panes, with basement grilles under - central glazed door, 9 panes and 2 bottom panels, with rectangular pattern and 3-panel house door to right hand with similar fanlight, all under deep moulded entablature following curve of bows and broken forward over doors on cut brackets.

The Borough front of the Bush Hotel and Nos 29 to 44 (consec) form a group.
