Description

Pond Cottage is a cottage that dates from the late 15th or 16th century and was extended in the 18th century to the right. It is timber framed with whitewashed render infill and has plain tiled roofs that step down to the right. The cottage is two storeys high, featuring two taller framed bays on the left and an end stack on the left, with a front stack on the right. On the first floor to the left, there are two diamond-pane windows, with two additional windows in the centre and two on the ground floor to the left. There is one window on the ground floor in the centre and one to the right in a single-storey extension. A part-glazed door is located to the right of centre, set within a wide hipped roof open porch.
