Description
Combe Hatch is a cottage dating from the 16th century, with additions made in the 17th century at the rear. It features a timber frame that is encased in brick and has rendered infill above. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has an end ridge stack on the right side. The building has one storey and an attic, which is highlighted by a central tile-hung dormer. There are 19th-century casement windows, with two located on the ground floor. A central plank door is situated beneath a half-timbered tile gable porch supported by wooden posts. To the left, there is a single-storey outshot. At the rear, there is a parallel brick range with a hipped plain tile roof and additional casement windows.
