Description

Keeper's Cottage is a 16th-century cottage constructed with a timber frame that is encased in brick, featuring tile hanging above. It has a plain tile roof with a large central ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with diamond pane leaded casements and a central plank door located beneath a tile-hung gable porch supported by wooden posts. There is a catslide roof and a later tile-hung wing that extends at right angles to the rear. Inside, there are two deep brick fireplaces with wooden lintels.
