Cottage. C16. Timber frame encased in brick, tile hanging above; plain tile roof with large central ridge stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays; diamond pane leaded casements; central plank door under tile hung gable porch on wood supports. Catslide and later tile hung wing at right angles to the rear. Interior: 2 deep brick fireplaces with wood lintels.
