Estate cottage. Late Cl9. Red brick with blue diapers, with flint and pargetted plaster. Plain tiled roof. One storey and attic. Gabled block with central stack with projecting wing with pierced barge boards, oriel window in gable, glazed and panelled four centred arch door. Mullioned and transomed windows with label hoods in main block, and pentice-roofed oriel on right return. C20 extension to rear. Influenced in style by the Devey designed cottages in the area.
