Description

The entrance wall to Culmer Farm House is an early 20th-century structure, likely designed by W.D. Caröe. It is built from red-brown brick and features tiled coping and offsets, with a wooden gate. The wall stands approximately 8 feet high at the ends and rises to the center in a battlemented design. In the center, there is an arched recessed entrance with a large wooden scroll bracket that supports the central tile coping. The arched wooden gate is fitted with early 20th-century iron fittings. This structure is included in the listing for its group value.
