Description
This is an early 19th-century house, which at the time of listing was used as a cafe, wine bar, and first-floor flat. The building is constructed of painted brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a plain tile roof. It has two storeys and three bays. The shop fronts are 20th century, featuring bowed windows divided into small panes, and doors that lead to a central internal porch. A similar door provides access to the flat. The first floor has three sash windows with glazing bars, set within reveals with cambered brick arches and projecting sills. The eaves are stepped and dentilled, and the roof is hipped.
