CRANLEIGH C.P. HIGH STREET (South Side) Valentines Wine Bar (Formerly listed as Freeland and Dudley House)

GV II

House, now part wine bar. C17 with C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Timber framed above with fishscale tile hanging, rendered and timbered ground floor. Plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with parallel ranges facing the street. Corbelled stack to left hand of the two ranges. One tall diamond-pane attic window to left gable, louvred attic opening to right hand gable. Three, 3- light diamond-pane windows below. Flat roofed projecting ground floor with angle bay to left and plate glass window over rendered stall risers with festoon decoration. Half-glazed door in splay sided recess to right, between the windows. Further door to left.
