Description
No. 7 Park Row is a building dating from the 18th century to the early 19th century. It features two storeys with two windows and a central door. The roof is gabled with old tiles and has a sagging ridge. The exterior is clad in brick. The upper windows are three panes wide and framed with architraves. There is an Insurance Company plaque on the building. On the ground floor, there are segmental-headed, two-light casement windows with small panes, which are flanked by wooden boarded shutters. The entrance has a six-flush-panelled door, with the top two panels cut away and glazed, also framed with an architrave and topped with a flat hood supported by cut brackets. This building is part of a group that includes numbers 3 and 5 and Sheffield's Yard, as well as The Windsor Almshouses and the wall behind.
