Description

This granary, located 50 yards north of Batchelors Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century and was restored in the 20th century. It features a timber frame supported by staddle stones and brick pedestals, with weatherboard cladding and a half-hipped plain tiled roof above. The front has a planked door. Inside, there are two framed bays with Queen strut trusses. This structure is included in the listing for its group value.
