Description
Tilburstow Hill Farm House is a house that dates back to the 16th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The structure is timber framed, encased in brick on a rendered plinth, and features tile hanging above. It has a plain tiled roof with a large ridge stack positioned to the right of the center. The house is two storeys tall and has four windows across the first floor: two 20th-century leaded casement windows on the left, one leaded casement window to the right of center, and one glazing bar sash window on the far right. There is a six-panel door located to the right of center. The left side of the house has a buttressed return front with a gable that lights an attic floor. At the rear right, there is a catslide roof, and to the rear left, there is a tile-hung hipped roof wing.
