Description

The property is a house, dating from the 17th century, and significantly restored in the 20th century. It has a timber frame on a rendered plinth, with whitewashed brick and render infill below tile hanging, incorporating bands of diagonal and fishscale pattern tiling. The roof is tiled, with chimney stacks set back from the ends. The house is two storeys high with an attic under a central gabled dormer. On the first floor, there are three 19th-century casement windows, each sheltered by a shallow tile pent roof. A 20th-century bowed window, also under a tiled pent roof, is positioned to the right of centre. A glazed door is located to the left of centre. A single-storey tile-hung extension is set back to the right end of the building. A gabled wing extends at a right angle from the rear, with a catslide roof running across the rear left.
