Description

The Pond House is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Green The in Godstone. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and features a hipped slate roof with large rear end stacks. The house stands two storeys high and has three bays, with end piers and a slightly projecting centre bay. The windows are glazing bar sashed and are set under gauged heads. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with a transom light, all framed by a gauged, flat-arched surround. This building is included in the heritage listing for its group value.
